Status of services

Services are delivered subject to applicable authorization, eligibility and partner arrangements. Where a capability is proposed, partner-delivered, limited by jurisdiction or available only to eligible clients, the relevant page says so.

• Fiduciary, custody, escrow and paymaster: available to eligible clients after review, subject to applicable authorization and partner arrangements.
• IceVault: available to eligible clients; specific capabilities may depend on operating partners and jurisdiction.
• Ice Banc Max: issued by a licensed card-issuing partner, not by Ice Banc; eligible clients in supported jurisdictions only.

Entity and partner roles

Ice Banc is a Swiss-anchored trust platform. Swiss multi-currency banking access is provided by a partner bank. Luxembourg fund architecture is operated by the relevant fund entities and their licensed service providers. Custody, technology and card services may be provided by partners under their own authorizations. These are separate legal entities with separate responsibilities.

No banking licence claim

Nothing on this website states or implies that Ice Banc holds a Swiss banking licence. References to Swiss anchoring describe the governance structure of the platform.
