Legal role
Clear responsibilities
Ice Banc’s role in each escrow is set out in the escrow agreement. Funds or assets are held in accounts or custody arrangements provided by the relevant partner.

Administers the escrow: conditions, verification, approvals, release instructions and records.
Partner bank or custodian
Holds the escrowed cash or assets and executes the release.
Parties
Agree the conditions and provide the evidence required for release.
